Before copiers, i used tracing paper and either rubber cement or 3m-77. if you aren't sure the copier you're using prints at 1:1 scale, match it to parts or copy a pair of rulers. for my own plans, i print out extra copies of templates and use a glue stick to hold the paper to the wood.. These are my older plans mostly pre 1993 when the plans were hand drawn on paper then traced on or either tracing paper or film. these were both sold my myself or in some cases published in magazines.. Cut the shapes out about 1/2 in. tape the tracing paper shapes to pieces of poster board. don't forget the hole locations (photo 2). cut out the molds draw center lines dividing the width on both sides of all the plywood mold pieces c .j. trace the poster board shapes to one piece of each pair of plywood mold pieces and to the center mold 7.
